Switch Office 365 ProPlus License to another user

Steps to switch Office 365 Pro Plus License to another user

1. Click Sign Out and close all Microsoft Office Applications

2. Login to Office 365 Portal and Deactivate the Office 365 Pro Plus License

3. Delete all cached credential in Credential Manager

4. Open PowerShell with Administrator Right and

#List the existing Office 365 Pro Plus License installed 
cscript "$Env:Programfiles\Microsoft Office\Office16\OSPP.VBS" /dstatus
#Copy and paste the last 5 digits shown to uninstall existing license 
cscript "$Env:Programfiles\Microsoft Office\Office16\OSPP.VBS" /unpkey:3RP22
#Verify that the is no Office 365 Pro Plus license installed 
cscript "$Env:Programfiles\Microsoft Office\Office16\OSPP.VBS" /dstatus

5. Open Microsoft Word, and it will prompt to Sign in

Repeat Step 4 to clear all the existing license if you do not see the screen below

6. Office 365 ProPlus is activated using [email protected] now

7. Login to Office 365 Portal with [email protected] to verify that Office 365 Pro Plus is activated on the same machine with [email protected] now
