When you try to add vCenter applicance 6.7 in Citrix Studio, you will get the following error message “Cannot Connect to the vCenter due to a Certificate Error” if the vCenter is using Self Sign Certificate as the vCenter Root Certificate is not trusted by default
The easier fix for this is to download the vCenter Root certificate and import to Local Computer – Trusted Root Certification Authorities
Download the vCenter Root Certificate
Import the downloaded vCenter Root Certificate to Citrix DDC Server
